I qualified as a Dental Hygienist with a distinction from the University of Essex in 2019, having previously worked as a Dental Nurse for many years.
I have a passion for helping nervous patients overcome their fears of attending the dental practice and enjoy taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs and goals.
My focus is on prevention rather than cure and I aim to educate all my patients on the most effective self-care methods so that we can work together to prevent and treat gum disease and improve dental and overall health. I continuously attend courses to keep my knowledge up to date to be able to provide the best care.
I am currently studying for qualification to allow me to also register as a Dental Therapist, which will further my skills and knowledge and allow me to offer even more to my patients. Outside of dentistry I love yoga, reading and long weekends walking in the countryside with my partner and our crazy rescue dog, Lola.
